Services

Websites and web systems, shaped around your business.

Four kinds of work, each scoped to what your business actually needs. For each one, here’s the problem it solves, what we build and how it looks in practice.

Business Website Design & Development

Professional, responsive websites that explain what your business does and make it easy for customers to get in touch.

The problem it solves

People usually look a business up before they call or visit. If there is no website, or it is outdated, hard to read on a phone or vague about what you offer, they leave with unanswered questions.

What we build

  • Corporate websites that introduce your company and what it does
  • Service websites that explain what you offer and how customers can hire you
  • Portfolio websites that show your projects or products in a clean, focused way
  • Contact forms, inquiry routes and click-to-call links placed where customers need them

In practice

A printing company needs a site that lists its services, explains how orders work and gives customers a clear way to send an inquiry, whether they are on a phone or a desktop.

Restaurant Websites & Digital Menus

Branded, mobile-friendly restaurant websites and QR-accessible menus that guests can browse comfortably on their phones.

The problem it solves

Printed menus are costly to reprint every time a dish or price changes, and PDF menus are awkward to read on a phone. Guests end up pinching and zooming instead of choosing.

What we build

  • A branded restaurant website with your story, location details and opening information
  • A digital menu organized into clear food and drink categories, designed for small screens
  • QR access so guests can open the menu straight from the table or the counter
  • Menu updates maintained by Cytech Digital, or an optional admin panel so your team can edit items, prices and photos

In practice

A café changes its drinks each season. Guests scan the QR code on the table and browse the current menu by category (coffee, food, desserts), always seeing up-to-date items and prices.

The standard digital menu is for browsing. It does not include table ordering, online payment or POS integration. If you need ordering, we can scope it separately as a custom platform project.

Admin Panels & Business Tools

Simple interfaces that let your team manage content, menu items, prices, images and listings without editing code.

The problem it solves

When every small change (a new price, a sold-out dish, an updated photo) has to wait for a developer, information goes out of date and customers see the wrong details.

What we build

  • Content editing for page text, images and announcements
  • Menu management for items, categories, prices and photos
  • Listing management for properties, products or services
  • Sign-in for your team, so only the right people can make changes

In practice

A restaurant manager marks a dish as unavailable and adjusts two prices from a phone during service, and the public menu reflects the change without anyone touching code.

Custom Web Platforms

Purpose-built systems for bookings, orders, property listings and local services, scoped to how your business actually works.

The problem it solves

Off-the-shelf tools often almost fit. You pay for features you never use, work around the ones you need and bend your process to suit the software.

What we build

  • Booking and appointment systems
  • Ordering systems for products or services
  • Property listing platforms with search and filters
  • Local service platforms that connect customers with providers

In practice

A property agency wants listings its team can publish and update, search by area, price and type for visitors, and an inquiry form on every property page.

These are not ready-made products. Each platform is planned around your workflow, and we agree on the features together before anything is built.

Discuss a custom platform

In every project

The same care, whatever we build.

Whether it’s a five-page website or a booking platform, these basics are part of how we work.

  • Designed for phones first

Layouts, menus and forms are planned for small screens from the start, then expanded for larger ones.

  • Search-friendly structure

Clear page titles, descriptions and headings, with clean markup that search engines can read.

  • Lightweight, fast pages

Optimized images and minimal code, so pages load quickly, even on a mobile connection.

  • Clear communication

Plain-language updates while we build, and a clear handover so you know how everything works.

Questions

Good to know before you get in touch.

Can I update the website or menu myself?

Yes, if you’d like to. We can include an admin panel for the content you change most often, such as menu items, prices, images or listings. If you’d rather not deal with it, we can handle updates for you.

Does the digital menu include ordering or online payment?

No. The standard digital menu is designed for browsing food and drink categories. It doesn’t include table ordering, online payment or POS integration. If you need ordering, we can scope it separately as a custom platform project.

How much does a project cost, and how long does it take?

It depends on what’s involved. Once we understand your business and what you need, we’ll outline the scope, timing and cost so you can decide with a clear picture.

What if I’m not sure what I need?

That’s a common starting point. Describe your business and the problem you want to solve, and we’ll suggest practical options, starting with the simplest one that does the job.

Not sure which service fits?

Describe what you need in your own words. We’ll suggest a practical approach, even if it turns out simpler than you expected.
